1. Install and configure SwissNow - as described in

2. Open one record or a list of records in ServiceNow.

In case of list of records, you have to apply a filter to the list:

3. Click SwissNow Icon

4. Verify your current Update Set

 5. Click on "Developer" tab

6. Click "Add to Update Set"

 The system will run a script to add all records to the current update set

7. Verify that your records have been added

Click SwissNow icon and switch to "Developer" tab.

In this tab you can see the list of recent customer updates that were recorded in update sets. Also, you can click on "My updates" and get the list of all customer updates performed by current user.
