I have prepared a set of videos to learn, understand and configure Agent Workspace. A workspace is a graphical user interface that puts multiple tools on one page. ServiceNow workspaces are designed for tier 1 agents who solve internal or external customer issues.

I heard agent workspace will be replaced with Service Operations Workspace (SOW). Are there any such videos for SOW?
