Here is a new feature in ServiceNow Rome in Virtual Agent which will help agents to free up their time by initiating a Virtual Agent Topic to collect additional information from user.

Is there a way to disable\hide the autopilot topics?

There is an option on the Topic properties to activate/decativate

Are the instances of Autopilot being triggered logged in any table? How do we measure how/when it's being used across our team?
