Are you responsible for monitoring ServiceNow’s Now Assist in Virtual Agent’s (NAVA) success and value? We want to hear from you! 

 

We’re conducting a research study to better understand how customers like you define and measure success and value and decide upon improvements for NAVA. This will include a deep dive into our new sentiment metrics. Your insights will help us understand specific decisions our users are trying to make with this dashboard and insights that are inferred out of the current metrics. Your feedback will directly influence how we improve the new AI Engagement Dashboard to better support your goals. 


What’s involved? 

  • A 60-minute 1:1 session (40 min concept testing + 20 min discovery) 
  • Sessions run from September 16–26, 2025 
  • Conducted remotely over Zoom 

Who should participate? 

  • Platform, product and process owners who track and evaluate NAVA success, value and improvements 
  • Those who currently have NAVA implemented at their company
