Overview
Getting your instance ready for generative AI and agentic AI can feel like a big undertaking. You need to know which configurations matter, what might get in the way, and how to measure progress. That's where Now Assist Readiness Evaluation comes in.
Built directly into Now Assist Center, it automates your readiness assessment, identifies configuration gaps, and gives you direct links to fix them. This guide walks you through what it does and how to use it.
What is Now Assist Readiness Evaluation (NARE)?
Now Assist Readiness Evaluation (NARE) is designed to simplify your path to AI adoption. It automates the assessment process, evaluates your instance's data readiness, and surfaces actionable insights so you can move forward faster.
Instead of manually checking settings, dependencies, and configurations, NARE does the work for you. It analyzes your instance and tells you exactly what's ready and what needs attention.
What it assesses
NARE evaluates your instance across two separate areas:
- Agentic AI solutions: Agentic workflows for ITSM and CSM
- Now Assist products: AI Search, Virtual Agent, ITSM, CSM, and HRSD implementations
Each assessment is organized in its own tab, so you can focus on the areas that matter to your roadmap.
