Adding a Header to the HR Compose email

We are using HR Workspace, and the compose email feature.

We have an HR header/footer for all our emails coming from the HR Module.

I need to add the HR header/footer to the Compose Email.

When I look at the Email Client Template, I don't see anywhere to add it.

I am using an email layout that has the Header and Footer info in it.

I can't find anywhere to link the layout to the Compose Email Client Template.

Any help would be appreciated.

Okay. Goto System Notifications --> Notification Email Scripts and search for hr_from_display_email. Do you see anything in the record which is for header and footer? (ideally it should have script for your notification)

Hi Larah,

You can create Quick messages for achieve this using this link

It will allow you to insert header and footer as and when required. You can apply Quick messages to particular table and restrict it based on user/group.

check if there is email client template setup for your table

If not then create new and provide the header and footer there

Thank you Ankur - this IS an email client template.  But I can't find where to add the header/footer in this location.  I have the header/footer in the an email Layout - where do you put the layout in the email client template?
