I am attempting to convert to the Polaris theme in the Next Experience and I need to identify the environment (Prod, UAT, Dev, etc.). In UI16 there was a field called "Page Header Caption" however I can't find any way to do this in the Next Experience. I know we can use colors (which I am doing) however I want it explicitly shown.

Hi Mark,
I was finally able to locate the "Page Header Caption" and "Banner tab title" values that were previously under the UI16 system configuration page. As updates to the UI16 link will not save once transitioned to the Next Experience UI.
Navigate to System Properties > System
Page header caption is about 10 values down. However, the "Browser tab title" is the only item that will reflect under Next Experience UI.
You can update both values here, however, the "Page header caption" no longer seems to be visible when navigating to different forms/tables within the instance.
I believe this is a function that is currently limited based on https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-platform-user-interface/page/get-started/servicenow-ove...
See under Functionality not supported
These features and products are not currently supported with Next Experience:
- The functionality found in homepages, arranging information from your instance to tell a story about your data, is found in dashboards on new instances. On upgraded instances with Next Experience enabled, users can view existing homepages if they have a direct URL, but they can't create or edit them. Responsive dashboards and Analytics Center dashboards take over homepage functionality. Use the Homepage deprecation help tool to convert the homepages on your instance to responsive dashboards.
- Custom header menus are not supported.
Hopefully this will return at some point.

In ServiceNow's traditional UI16 interface, you could set a "Page Header Caption" to display custom text next to your logo. However, in the Next Experience UI (Polaris), this specific feature isn't anymore available. With some UiBuilder magic it should be possible, but haven't had time to dig in to this.
But yeah, who would need anymore easy way to configure page header caption to determine if instance is production or non production instance 😉
