Additional approval to be added before it goes to App Engine Admins after app submission in scopeapp

Hello community members,

we want to add additional group approval before it goes App Engine Admins for review can anyone suggest some workaround incase they have implemented in their project?

Process overview in brief

App creation in one instance --> Then app is submitted ---> Its follows pipelines setup ---> Get Deployment request in other instance ---> When you open the deployment request in other instance (you will see it is awaiting group approval from App Engine admins) just at this step we want to add additional group approval for some leads .

I dont have a full set up in my PDI but as far as i know, it is OOTB and need to see what flow / pipeline trigger the 1st approval and with same we can do for 2nd one.
