AI Search and SharePoint (External Search Source)

Has anyone been able to successfully import/load data from SharePoint into ServiceNow's AI Search? I've enabled plugins and followed documentation in terms of setup/configuration but it's include how to actually load the content from SharePoint

Hi @Rebecca3 ,

 

Are you able to configure the AI External Search Source SharePoint integration successfully? I am also trying to achieve the same but getting 401 error - invalid or empty access token.

Were you able to integrate with the Sharepoint to AI search External source?

We did all the configuration but we are not getting the results.

Every user in the sn_sp_con_sharepoint_user table is marked either as "Not indexed" or "Error", is there a reason for this?

And also how did you fix the expiry of the token every hour?
