ANywhere365 Intergration

Has anyone done a integration with contac centre Anywhere 365 at all or has seen the attached. For some reason I have followed all instructions on their website as follows;

but for some reason you log in etc fine to the CC but then the agents are continually having to click Allow on the below pop up which is coming from servicenow. It pops up every time a call is presented

I think we've started having the same issue. Was the cause of this ever determined and fixed?

We had to get this fixed by the third party the instructions A365 give are incorrect.

That's interesting. Thanks. We have a case open with them at the moment. Out of interest, did they point you in the direction of the correct instructions? Are they now available on their Support website?

They didnt they said the instructions was outdated and didnt include the fix. They had to get a resource from there top end development team to get involved.
