We have an issue as oour ATF Test Designers are not able rto perform the Test actions inherent to their roles. They can not Copy Tests nor Suites and the reason why is because Application Scope Picker is not enabled for them. We tried assigning the Delegated Developer role, but even when that seems to enable the Application Scope Picker the only entitled scope is Global. And they need to be able to switch between Problem ATF Test application, Incident ATF Test application etc. We tried using Studio to add these aplications by we hit a wall as there's a message saying the application can't be customizxed because the publisher has elected to restrict this functionality. So how can our testers do their work?
