approve reject link in email client template

I have created an email client template on RITM table and from that template I want to send approve/ reject link to the approver. Is this possible?

You can get inspired from existing approval notifications, most probably on [sysapproval_approver] table

Once approval is generated for RITM, system automatically sends links.

Why to create something new when already OOTB this is taken care by template on approval table?

There is already notification on sysapproval_approver which shows link for Approve/Reject
