approve reject link in email client template

I have created an email client template on RITM table and from that template I want to send approve/ reject link to the approver. Is this possible?

Hi Ankur, 

My query is regarding Email Client template not the notification on Approval table.

User want to send notification manually to the approver by clicking Email on RITM form. For that I have created EMAIL CLIENT TEMPLATE on RITM table and want to add Approve/Reject link in that template.

but your email client template is on RITM

But approval is sent on Approval table
