Attach knowledge UI action prevent update of additional comments

In Agent Workspace, when an agent finds and attaches an article to the Case, the "Attach Knowledge" button also adds the title and link of the article in the additional comments field.

We don't want this to occur. When Attach Knowledge is clicked all we want is it to attach to the case without additional comments being updated. Where I can change this?

Hi Craig,

 

I've done what you've suggested but it doesn't appear to be working in the configurable workspace.  Anyone else having this issue?

 

 

It did not work for me as well @Michael /  @Craig Steel - F. I made the change but when i click on attach from the configurable workspace, the additional comment pop-up still comes and then posts the KB link in the comments

Replying to myself to address both of the comments below.  It's been nearly a year since I posted this, and configurable workspaces weren't quite as popular back then - available yes, but not "everywhere" or even "the default". 

So obviously the rules are different there.  What I posted above works for the native platform - or at least did at the time of posting.  Which is 2 or 3 versions ago.  Lesson learned to be far clearer when posting solutions - indicate EXACTLY where is works.
