Hi

these statistics are not special for that indicator.

You can start with the following videos:

And on the page https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-now-intelligence/page/use/performance-analytics/concept/scor... you will also find a good deal of information.

Kind regards
Maik

Hi

When you click on a point on the Score Trend line, the score summary on the top of the Analytics Hub changes to display the date, score on that date, and percent increase or decrease from the previous selected date.

The Number of Open Incidents has a minimize direction. Therefore every time the score trend dips the percent decrease turns green to depict a favorable change, and turns red when the line rises to depict an unfavorable change.

Thank You for Information.

Is it possible to overall average of open incidents. only single score.

I tried this by running single score report for average on active duration I am getting value as 64 days approximate

but when I extract the same report in list and calculate the average I get 226 days approximate.

The formula used by me to calculate average is "sum of total active duration of incidents/total no of active incidents"  i.e. sum/count.

So when I use sum in servicenow report

The value of sum is not matching with the sum of active duration I do on excel.

Why is this difference how is servicenow calculating the average of active duration of incidents?
