Hi,
We are getting data form Intune by installing the plugin 'Service graph connector for Microsoft Intune', but recently we found that we are not getting some devices details form Intune, those devices not assigned to users and those are in stock room only. When we discussed with Our Intune team they said that, the devices which we are missing those devices are enrolled into DEP, and there is separate graph API to get those devices. Why we are unable to get those devices by the default Intune graph API, and is there any OOB ServiceNow functionality to get those devices.

Did you find a solution to this, as I'm trying to find a solution to this also?

I raised a case with ServiceNow and they suggest us to create a custom integration to get those devices.

Did you figure out how to query those DEP enroled as part of the integration, as the GET "manage devices" query doesn't return those devices?

You need to get the proper API form JAMF team to get those DEP devices. In my case
https://jamf-api.( organization name).com/api/v1/device-enrollments/id/devices
