Can flow designer create one request from 2 different catalog items

Hi Everyone,

I have 2 different catalog items in service now that I need to have created in one request. Is that possible in flow designer? The 2nd catalog item is not going to always get generated and is based on the answer to a variable in the 1st request. Right now the 2nd request is generated based on an email notification and I have everything working except a way for these two requests to be connected to one individual request. Does anyone have ideas? I've asked the business if we could utilize tasks in the process and that was not an option.

thank you in advance for any feedback you have!

Gemma

If i understand your question the meaning if you select any of the two catalog items you want to create one request. Tried using the If in flow logic:

Then just add both of the condition that can trigger your logic use OR for both can trigger the same condition:

Then add your logic, creating a record or want do you want to create.

Hi Gemma,

Instead of trying to marry two separate requests on the back-end, is it possible to change the front-end intake?

Order guides allow you to have one, or multiple, forms that result in a single request.  So, you get the benefit of a single REQ with one, or multiple, RITM(s) immediately instead of building a flow to merge multiple.
