Can't display this dashboard - Workspace

Dear community,

I've a custom Workspace with a dashboard embedded in the homepage, which was working normally but without any modification from my side, is not displaying anymore. I'm getting this message now:

error1.png

Although my configuration is the same as before, and I can find normally my dashboard

error2.png

I can also normally find my dashboard record in "Dashboards" and all permissions regarding users and role sharing remains exactly the same.

Something that I noticed is my instance was upgraded from "glide-xanadu-07-02-2024__patch4-11-22-2024_12-02-2024_1408.zip" to "glide-xanadu-07-02-2024__patch5-12-24-2024_12-31-2024_0455.zip" a couple hours ago. This upgrade action was done in 2 of my instances, and one of them I was not touching for even longer, but now I got the same type of error.

Any type of recommendation to have at least make a workaround? (I already trigger a ticket so ServiceNow support)

Hello @joaojunior

As per your statement which says that upgrade has happened so it might be from ServiceNow an update has come in like the report/dashboard name is changed or they are referring to new report/dashboard but still in configuration mapping old name is setup and might be its inactive.

For any ootb workspace if any minute configuration is done then after upgrade of plugin which has related workspace will get overridden with ootb config or it may end up showing in skip records after patch upgrade.
Since you have already create HI case, you can rely on them and get a proper reason.

If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.

This is a custom workspace, as the dashboard also. I've tried to change it to another dashboards (ootb or no) and I still get the same error.

@joaojunior

ideally this is a custom component so it should not get impacted with the upgrade.

Were you using OOB dashboard in your custom workspace?

Did you check the upgrade logs?

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
