can user create timesheet for demand task without access to demand table

Hi Team,

User is having timecard_user role, able to access timesheet portal but he is unable to see demand task for which he has a resource plan. he is not having access to demand table . is demand table access needed to view demand tasks in the timesheet portal?

How do you expect some one to do work for a task that he has no access to? Time for tasks can only be written when you are working on that task (and therefor have access to it).
