Can we modify  label ''Everyone can see this comment” to Only Approvers can see this comment under the comment in CSM Workspace Approval record?  @Ankur Bawiskar

You might have to navigate within UI builder to explore if that's feasible or not.

I don't think you should change that.

It's OOTB platform behavior which is applicable in activity stream
