Hello
I have started the course of ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals. Right now I'm in the Lab: 4.2 section 2, "Create New Service Catalog Item" but for some reason when I impersonate to Bud Richman , Luke wilson etc. I'm unable to fetch the Catalog builder in the All menu. I'm using the simple way to navigate catalog builder All>Service Catalog>Catalog builder, but there is no option of Catalog builder when i impersonate Bud richman and Luke Wilson
I'm stuck at this Lab please help!!!

In ServiceNow, the availability of features and options can be controlled by roles and permissions assigned to users. If you are unable to access the Catalog Builder when impersonating users like Bud Richman and Luke Wilson, it may be due to their role-based restrictions or permissions.

Hi Aman,
You need to grant Bud Richman the 'catalog_admin' role as mentioned in step 7 of section 1.
1. Navigate to the All Menu.
2. Search for 'Users' under 'Users and Groups'.
3. Search for Bud Richman in the name field.
4. Go to his roles and click 'edit' and you should be able to add the 'catalog_admin' role

assign 'catalog_admin ' role to Bud Richman.
