Catalogue Item not showing Submit button

I have created a Catalogue Item and selected Request method as Submit but when I check it on Portal it is coming up as Order now.

What am I missing here?

It will reflect only to Service Portal.

Hi @rsharma ,

You must have used "Try it" or trying to access the catalog item from the Native UI.

The configuration that you have done only applies when you open the catalog item in the Service portal.

Thanks for your time!

When I use it "Try it" I see same Order Now.

Not sure what you mean by "Native UI" but I go to the navigation panel and select self-service catalogue and see same Order now option.

The view in which you are seeing the catalog item, that is native UI.

You can go to service portal and search for your catalog item.

yourinstancename.service-now.com/sp

then search for your catalog item, there it will show you as submit.
