Categories are not visible in the service catalog home page

Hi All,

 

I am not finding the way to show the category in the Service Catalog home page.

Admins can see but other users are unable to see the categories.

I dont think any other way here. As it is instance specific, so log a HI support or we can wait of experts advice here.

Hello @Samiksha2 ,

you might want to check the Available for and Not Available for tabs on the Category Records, there might be user criteria that is preventing the non-admin users from seeing those Categories

Yeah it is working now. But Top Requests dynamic category is still not visible.

Hi @Samiksha2 ,
I am not sure what is the case there, but I can not find restrictions on the Dynamic Category record. There might be a problem with the cache of your instance, clear the cache, logout and login again. If the users has itil role, top requests should be shown.

Tell me if it works, or if it is something else.

I added roles in the Top request dynamic category. Now it is visible.
