Hi Everyone,
can somebody explain to me the steps that need to be taken to become a certified ServiceNow trainer?
Over the last 4 years I have delivered a lot of (end)user training for my previous company KPN/getronics but now I would like to become certified in order to give my recently started company Improve Knowledge more body 🙂
kind regards,
Ben

Hallo Ben,
Did you have the chance to figure out the steps that need to be taken to become a certified ServiceNow trainer?
Could you please share it with me if possible?
Best Regards,
Dadi.

Hi Dadi,
apologize for my late reply. For some reason I haven't noticed your message earlier 😞
But the answer is: Yes I have figured this out and unfortunately I can not become a certified trainer unless I'm an employee of one of the ServiceNow partners.
And becuase I'm an independant company ServiceNow does not allow me to participate in the program.
Kind regards
Ben

There is a "Certified Instructor Program" (CIP) run by ServicenNow with their partner or for their employees. They even give a certification to teach in public domain (Servicenow or all clients) / or in private domain (partner clients).
The similar certification like CAD Instructor or CSA instructor are provided in this field.
Check with your organization, if they have partenership with ServiceNow, then definitely they you can go through that
Please mark this answer helpful, if it helped you.
