Hi team,
After we applied Polaris UI application Connect stopped working:
1) No related modules are displayed in All list
2) Connect support page got an error:
I checked the existing articles (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0662386) and forum topics (https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=f5457037dba9130058dcf4621f961942) but it didn't help
I checked that:
- Connect plugin is active
- All its menu items are active and available for my role
- glide.connect.chat.disabled = false and glide.connect.support.enabled = true
- $chat.do doesn't work for me however $chat_support.do?queueID=<my queue ID> - is available but without Accept button
- If I set up glide.ui.polaris.experience = false then Connect starts working immediately without any additional changes
Could you please advise if there is a way to make it work?

Connect chat is not compatible with the new UI introduced in San Diego. In Tokyo we released Sidebar chat to replace it.
