Could not find a record in sys_grid_canvas for column canvas_page referenced in this update

Hi,

 

I have created one dashboard and added few report on it but when i moved to update set from lower to upper environment then i can see blank dashboard, reports are not visible. While applying the update set i got error like "Could not find a record in sys_grid_canvas for column canvas_page referenced in this update" i had accepted remote update.

Hi @Shweta91 ,

 

Your update set missing some updates like tab, convas. Follow below steps to recapture it in your update set.

  1. Open dashboard and go to property.
  2. RunjayPatel_0-1733827020963.png

     

  3. Go to Dashboard related list and open the tab
  4. RunjayPatel_1-1733827105540.png

     

  5. Force capture it in your update set.
  6. From tab form open the page and force capture in update set.
  7. RunjayPatel_2-1733827206889.png

     

  8. RunjayPatel_3-1733827225806.png

     

  9. Now go to related list and force capture the dropzone.
  10. RunjayPatel_4-1733827309516.png
