How to get the Time worked field calculation for who is viewing the ticket .

Hi Community,
Good day,
We are having Time worked field available in Snow and that was used only for "calculating time for the person who is assigned to that Incident or Task".
But is it possible to calculate the time for user who is viewing that Incident or Task.

Since you are on the ServiceNow Community, I assume you mean ServiceNow and not Snow? Snow is a completely different platform from a different company and although the two can integrate, they have nothing to do with each other.
The OOB Time Worked functionality is just that: it starts calculating the moment you open a ticket on your screen. And that also is the reason it doesn't work, because it keeps on running, even if I open something else on another tab and are not working on that ticket. Check on your customization and go back to OOB if you need this, but I have never seen a client that is happy with how this is working.
