Creating Notification (notification bell) to notify user they were mentioned in work not

I want to create a notification in the platform so the notification bell shows when someone has mentioned someone using the @ in the work notes of an Incident.
I've created the Notification.
I selected the live_notification table and identify the User

It works, but when you click the link to go to the incident, I get a security constraint message.

I don't want to change the ACLs on the live notification table.

If I try using the Incident table, i can't figure out how to trigger when someone puts the  @ in the Work Notes. Any help would be appreciated.
I don't want to script and don't want to modify any ACLs or give users roles. I want it to work as it does OOB for when an Incident changes. Only I want the user mentioned to get the notification.

Hi @LKSN,

please share what you created to see it, also what debugging you did?

It would help to know what is the link that shows the security contrsaint (it can be ACL or Display BR) but hard to tell without seeing it or having access to the environment.

Please share something real to get an idea and we can debrief it together afterwards

@LKSN

you are taking user to incident but that user should pass table.None READ ACL on incident.

You are allowed to see incident only when any of this is satisfied

-> you are caller

OR

-> you opened that INC

OR

-> you are part of INC watch list

Try adding that agent which is being tagged in worknotes as watch list then it will work fine.

That's OOTB behavior.
