Custom fonts not visible in workspace

Hi,

 

I have a requirement where I had to add 3 custom fonts in the HTML field drop-down. I have added the fonts in the system property and it is visible in the fulfiller view. But in the workspace when I click on compose email, the newly added fonts are not visible in the html field. Please find screenshots for reference below,

Any suggestions on what needs to be done.

Hi, Did you get it resolved ? if so, can you please share, how to add in workspace (compose email)

Hi,

Nope. We have reached out to ServiceNow, and they have suggested using the OOB fonts.
