Hi,

How to edit the form layout of cases in the CSM portal. For example I need to add fields in the form. I am attaching the form view which I need to edit.

Yes I tried that. But its not working. I think I am not sure about the application scope

And also the fields which are present in the info fields are not present there in form. I am attaching screenshots.  @Unique45

If any field does not hold any value then it will be hidden on portal. Make sure you are testing record which has all values.

@Nandhinisri ,

 -Select application Global and then enter fields in info Fields.

-In the screenshot that you provided, there are multiple fields added, but only three are visible because only two fields have values.

-Only the fields with values are displayed there.

-If you add a values to the fields(Product, Consumer, Service etc.) for testing, it will be displayed there.
