Hi, I installed com.sn_customerservice plugin. I have no default data (like the records generated for demo in PDI) in  cases . Can anyone help?

Hi @Nandhinisri 

 

I just activated the plugin in my PDI and i can see the data. You can do one thing

Go to Plugins

Open this plugin Again

See if you get option to repair with Load Demo Data.

The demo data for the Install Base is available in the 'Customer Service Management Demo Data' plugin. Please install that and the Customer Service Install Base Management plugins.

@Nandhinisri Since the plugin is already installed and demo data is not loaded, you can refer to this knowledge article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0722909 to know steps to load the demo data on your instance.
