deactivate the prebuilt topics in the virtual chatbot

Hi, i just created a new topic under default chat experience main topic, now, i wanted to active only my topic, but i see that is not possible to deactivate the prebuilt topics? read only, data policy...
please advice

Hi @Keszia, have you found a solution? We are currently experiencing the same issue.

I have read in other posts relating to this that a case needs to be raised with ServiceNow Support who can help, so pending this!

Was this ever resolved as we are trying to get rid of the Dynamic greeting and you can't deactivate it. As we have a case with ServiceNow and they are being lax in replying 

 

They ended up giving me an update set that force deactivated it, as it wasn't something we could do natively.
