I have noticed that my comments on the community platform are consistently put on hold for approval, with wait times of up to 1 hour before being accepted or rejected. Surprisingly, this issue seems to be specific to my account, as my colleagues don't encounter such delays. The content of my comments is entirely natural and is solely related to the ServiceNow topic.
I'm reaching out to inquire if there is awareness of this situation and to seek clarification on whether there have been changes in the community guidelines, such as restrictions on links or images. This extended approval process is not conducive to the dynamic nature of community interactions and can hinder the overall engagement.
I appreciate any information or assistance you can provide regarding this matter.
