Integrate Service Portal in Microsoft teams integration

Hi Community,

I’ve reviewed several videos and references on integrating Microsoft Teams with ServiceNow. However, most of the available content demonstrates integration specifically with Employee Center.

In our case, we are using the Service Portal instead of Employee Center. I’d like to understand if there is a supported or recommended way to integrate Service Portal with Microsoft Teams, similar to what is shown for Employee Center.

Additionally, we do not use Virtual Agent in our instance. Please let us know if the Teams integration is dependent on Virtual Agent, or if it can be implemented without it.

Your guidance on possible options or alternative approaches would be greatly appreciated.
