Deleting a Company

Firstly, I'm pretty new to ServiceNow, so please forgive me if I get terminology wrong, or ask odd questions.

 

I have a requirement to be able to remove a Company and all associated data from an instance. I know this is not considered best practice, but in this case it's something that has to be done.

 

I've been looking at setting up an Archive Rule to archive the Company record (there will be a matching Destroy Rule once it's archived). I'm setting up delete rules in Archive Related Records. Looking at the Reference list when doing that I see (for example) "Company in Task". However I don't see anything that looks like "Company in Incident".

 

Am I missing something here? Is my approach valid, or is there a better way to do this?
