Duplicate "Save" options on RITM/SCTASK form context menu

Can anyone please help me diagnose the root cause of duplicate "Save" options showing on form header context menu on RITM/SCTASK.
All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @Zubair Alam2,

Have you reviewed the UI Actions on each Table? It's possible that you can inactivate one if you don't need it.

Hi @Josh Pirozzi . There is only once existence of 'Save" on tables. Any clues why is it showing duplicate on the context list?
