Email Client-Can agent be prompted with a pop up message before triggering an email using Send Email

Hello Community,

 

I'm working on a requirement to prompt a popup message to case agent when clicks on "Send Email" button in HR Agent Workspace. Only send email if agent selects Yes. If agent selects No then return them to their email draft. Please guide me is there any way to achieve this?

 

If this requirement is not feasible, then is there any way to display a message when user clicks on "Compose Email" (from More actions of the case form) before or after displaying the email draft record?

 

Any guidance on this request is much appreciated!
