Email Client on Incident and Sc Task table

Hi

I am using email client on both Incident and Sc task table.

with out creating any templates, if I am trying to send a mail using this 

the to field on email from Incident table

and cc field on email from sc task table have been autopopulating with 'caller' and 'requsted for' respectively as below.

can I just have them blank for both the emails triggering from these two tables.
