Email not received in outlook

Hi Team,
I have set up email SMTP accounts so i can get email in outlook. Test connection is also successful.
When HR case is resolved im getting emails in gmail but in outlook im no receiving.
In email logs its type sent.

Hey @PreethiG6447769 ,
since this is a PDI I want to double check at the beginning: Did you enable email sending in the email properties?

yes @Oliver Stammler I have enabled.
I read somewhere that ServiceNow is not supporting pdi to send message to outlook.
I have done the same in my client test instance it worked and i received email in personal outlook.

Could you please have a look and confirm everthing is set up correctly?
