I'm triggering an email template for incident when the state is in inprogess in sow workspace if i open one incident record for ex:INC0000011 (IF i open this record if the record state is in Work inprogress then in email section if i click on email this template is getting triggered only subject is populating and body is not getting populated(I've written script to display theHi, current incident number:INC0000011)). I've followed the same steps in pdi there it's populating body and subject.
Any suggestions
