Empty pop up window when adding a Favorite

Hello,

recently, we encountered a problem when trying to add a Favorite in ServiceNow, an empty pop-up window appears - see attached picture. This doesn't disrupt anything as the Favorite is created but appears confusing to users.

This appeared likely after a recent Utah upgrade.

Has anyone encountered this? Any hints on how to fix the situation?

Hi,

yes I opened a ticket. Reply from HI:

>> The pop-up feature is a new feature on the ServiceNow platform from the Utah release and the issue you are encountering is occurring due to custom theming
>> The issue is due to the custom theme
>> The default theme has been overridden using the system property "glide.ui.polaris.theme.custom".
