Enable Voice and SMS from user's preference's Notifications/Delivery Channels.

Hi,

I wanted to enable Voice and SMS features from Notification Preferences?

My requirement:

I have created one (or more) Subscription and wanted to receive notification via SMS and Voice whenever any incident is created/updated based on my subscription condition.

For SMS configuration, I am able to receive email log in system with state as sent but not able to receive any SMS on my device (here I am using SMS alternate feature from email Notification and using OOB service provider).

For Voice I am not able to see any option to configure. (as per Snow support team this feature is not configurable  OOB).

 Is there any custom option to enable Voice and SMS using Twilio or Notify then please provide solution.
