Error accessing the authentication profile

I am using a REST API to interact with a third party application. The REST message is set in Application X and  "accessible from" field is set to "All application scopes". Authentication Type is "Basic" and the authorization profile is set in "Global" application. I am using scripts to invoke these REST messages.

The set up works fine in test environments but in production I am getting following logs

Root cause of JavaScriptException: com.glide.communications.ProcessingException : com.glide.communications.ProcessingException: Problem retrieving authentication profile:
