I'm getting this error when I go to CI Identifiers. I tried disabling the 'Network Topology rule' which is the only IRE rule applying to that table, but I still get this error.

Does anyone know what it might mean and where I can further troubleshoot?

From the case:

Most Probable Cause:
This is a known issue from PRB1707022.

Solution Proposed:
There is a missing dependency requirement for plugin "CMDB CI Class Models 1.52" to plugin "Network Inventory Core Version1.4.2"
CMDB CI Class Models 1.52 Adds table cmdb_ci_network_topology with invalid identifier to tni_entity

From the PRB, you can attempt the following workaround:
To fix it in any instance that already has the problem, please go to the cmdb_related_entry table and delete the record with the sys_id 73b8c48e8d707110f8778302d753bcd2, which is the one presenting the issue for network topology.

This seemed to have fixed it for us. Hope it helps others.

Could you please provide the fix that does not involve deleting anything that SN shared with you when you opened a case?

Error Message:

1. Rule entry under cmdb_ci_power_eq identifier using non-existent table is ignored during identification!
2. Rule entry under cmdb_ci_appl identifier using non-existent table is ignored during identification!
3. Rule entry under cmdb_ci_network_function_instance identifier using non-existent table is ignored during identification!

Kindly provide a solution
