Flow Designer - Closing SCTask NOT Closing RITM

I am working with Flows for Catalog Items, where assignment groups are based on variable selections. That routing is working fine.
Once the SCTask closes, the RITM should auto-close, matching the state of the SCTask. What am I missing for the SCTask to close the RITM? I have a step to Update RITM State to match SCTask State.

Hi @Marriam
basically the state synchronization is done in the background automatically and there is no need for any Flow intervention. Please try everything first without the Flow or explain why you need it.

Have you observed the flow execution log? What is the execution log saying at the RITM update step?
