Hi Guys,

We are using the below ways to integrate with active directory using flow designer. But still i am getting invalid credential error while connection.

* Integration Hub --> connection and credential aliases --->AD used as basic.

* Added a connection with Host details and port details.

* Created a credential with user name and password by using mid server which is up.

Let me know if this is the right way to integrate AD with ServiceNow if yes, please let me know from whom we can get the below details:

under connection:

* Host, port

under credential:

*user name, password.

inputs on this integration using flow designer is appreciated.

Thanks,
Suresh

Hi Suresh,

Yes the process is right , first check your connection with credential store that it is running fine or not ?

then connect with AD to see what response is going there -

under connection:

* Host, port

under credential:

*user name, password.

you can get these details through AD person.

Thanks

Abid

Hi Abid,

Thanks for the reply!!

Please let me know below details:

* Host: is this something where AD is hosted and looks like ip address or how it will be example: 112.234.343.3

*user name, password: are these credentials are used for login to active directory?

anyother inputs will be helpful.

Thanks,
Suresh

Make sure that Credential is selecting right MID Server (If Auto-select MID Server is checked) in credential form. I had same issue and fixed it by selecting specific MID Server in credential form.

If you are using the AD Spoke, I found that if I did not write my flow in that scope as well, then I got a credential error.
