Getting "Error while athorizing the user" error in ServiceNow for Teams app in Teams

Hi,

 

We have performed the integration of ServiceNow with MS Teams using below procedure.

But we facing issue when trying to open service portal from MS team.

could you please help me to resolve the issue?

Any other solution apart from setting below system property to false? will it resolve the issue?

system property : glide.set_x_frame_options 

Is there any security imapact if we set the above property to false?

Is it safe to set it to false?

Hi @Shruthi1987 ,

 X-Frame-Options header controls whether the Now Platform application can be rendered on the third-party website.

So if you want Your instance to be rendered in teams Teams, then go ahead with Making it False.
