Home page issue

when i login home page is coming as landing page, when i navigate to another table and click on the servicenow icon its not showing a home page, it is showing some dashboard or something for everyone . otherwise showing some random dashboard.

I am not able to see this option under preferences --> display , anything to enable for this, like some property
