How can I hide/disable the "Create Channel" and "Create Personal Notification" Feature in the System Setting at Kingston Release

Hi,
In the System settings (Gear icon - button at the banner frame) we want to hide/disable at the "Notification" tab the "Create Channel" and "Create Personal Notification" Feature.
I know there is a property "glide.notification.preference.ui.enabled" switching between the UI's but that's not what we want .

Hi Anil,
we changed the System Property "glide.notification.preference.ui.enabled" to false, so we work with the old UI 15.
If you need this you can create a Enhancement Request, see Chucks message

Hello, I am working with a client who has a legal reason to do this, its a showstopper. I would like to know where the UI PAge is, and which code to adapt. As a workaround, I have placed ACLs on the "cmn_notif_device" table, with write only by Admim role. I am not what other impact this has, and so far, Icant find any. This just greys out the 4 fields.

For security reasons, we might have to prevent users from adding their channels as well. Did anyone find a way to accomplish it? Has ServiceNow introduced a new capability for this?
