How do I configure and use the page templates in UI Builder?

Hello,

I'm attempting to create my first workspace - which also happens to be the first time I've used UI Builder and I'm at a loss.  I've spent the last few weeks reading and trying everything I can find but I've hit a dead-end when it comes to using the page templates, I can't find any resource that actually tells me how to use them.  For example, I wanted to use the page template "List", but I can't find anything on how to configure it for use. I found one post on how to configure the lists but nothing on how to configure the action for the list.

Does anyone have any links to resources to learn and use the page templates in UI Builder?

I've seen that video, it doesn't have the information I need.  

For example, I used the List template for a new page and chose Copy template contents.  However, I want a different list than what is in the template and after some searching I found one community post describing how to customize the list.  Now I need to change the Row Clicked client script but I can't figure that one out, either.

I love the idea of using templates but without any documentation on how to customize them, I don't see how I can use them.

The lack of documentation on UI Builder templates is beyond frustrating.  I gave up and created new pages from scratch.

Open the Menu menu in the UI Builder header and select the Create page menu item.
On the Page panel, open the Options menu ( ) for the Page choice list and select the + Create page menu item.
